Shipping policy

All works from The Rediscovered Room are produced to order through our archival printing partners. Please allow time for production and fulfillment prior to shipment.

Estimated delivery times are provided as general estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Rediscovered Room is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery interruptions caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are unable to guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact curator@therediscoveredroom.com within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
